Be Quiet
In this last week at Chapel, we had a bring & share supper. We shared poetry, music, and stories. The item I shared was a poem on silence….but this got me thinking.
I am a man who hates alone-time, but loves being in quiet so I can hear and BE with my own thoughts - talk about being in between and rock and a hard place!
So I am a living paradox,..I hate being alone but love being in quiet - some day I might have that perfect space of being in sacred silence together with others.
Until then, or the fleeting moments that happens in my week, I am thankful I have the capacity for quiet and encourage you to find time for quiet too in an often very noisy world!
